What we collect
Your name, verified WhatsApp number, email (if you sign in with Google), delivery addresses, order details, and the photos and text you provide for personalisation.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Order updates on WhatsApp are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time from your account.
Photos
Uploaded photos are stored privately and are visible only to you and our production team. They are used solely to make your order.
Payments
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s secure checkout. We do not receive or store them.
Service providers
We use Cashfree (payments), Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (messages), Google (sign-in) and Cloudinary (image storage) to operate this service.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete your data, contact the contact details on our Contact page. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires.
